SHIPPING PROCEDURES AND POLICIES Delivery Policy: At Eagle Optics.ca we strive to ensure your shipment will arrive on time in a prompt and affordable manner. There will never be a shipping charge surprise as your total, including merchandise, shipping and taxes, will be displayed before you process your order. (Some exceptions may occur in shipments to more remote areas, please see the "Please Note" section below.) When shipping, we offer the following services to all our customers: Canada Post Expedited: This method is secure, trackable and guaranteed by the CARRIER. Canada Post Expedited service is economical yet should arrive within one week to almost anywhere in Canada. Canada Post Express: This method is secure, trackable, guaranteed by the CARRIER and FAST. In most major centers in the Ontario, your parcel should arrive to you the next business day, for all other locations, your order will likely arrive within 2-3 business days (excluding remote areas where delivery time may be longer) from when it leaves Eagle Optics.ca. Please note: Shipments to remote areas may require an additional shipping charge. If an additional charge is required, you will be contacted before your package ships and before your credit card is charged. Other, secure shipping methods to such areas may also be explored to keep your shipping costs down. We will only process your transaction with full disclousure and your acceptance should additional charges be required. How long will it take for me to receive my order? We regularly stock the products listed on this site and will ship same day or following business day of the order's receipt. If an item ordered is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and given an estimate of the ship time. Friends from outside of Canada: We only ship within Canada. US and other international visitors, please visit www.eagleoptics.com for your optics purchases (and thank you for visiting us!). Return Policy: All products through Eagle Optics.ca can be returned within 30 days from the day you receive the product. RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL BOXING AND PAPERWORK. Exchange or refund value on items in NEW and ORIGINAL condition is the full amount less shipping costs.
